We have called ProSkill a minimum of 10 times over the years we have been in Anthem.
This time it was Greg who answered the call to give the service we knew we would get. He was very thorough per usual and always so very pleasant. This time it was a quick fix; however, on another issue related to new A/C units installed by another company sent by the insurance company it was a different story. Greg had answered the call. He saw the installation was faulty to say the least. Instead of trying to fix the problem and charge us for it, he took photos for us and told us we needed to call the installing company. There was no charge. The ProSkill techs are more than fair in their fees. We can't say enough good things about this special company. Keep up the good work in Anthem. We will be happy to make referrals as we know you are fair in your charges and have very competent technicians. You are definitely "our plumber" when we need one.
