I saw Dr. Joseph Larsen and Dr. Paul Betschart who were decent doctors, but the office has terrible organization. On my first visit was fitted for orthotics (insoles for shoes), paid $500, and told to expect them in about four weeks. Fourteen weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I called the office and was told to set up an appointment. When I got to the office they had no idea where my insoles were, but they were sure it was a problem with the lab, and would call the lab and let me know. After not hearing an update, I finally got the number of the lab they used, and in 2 minutes found out from the lab that the doctors office had not sent my order to the lab.
