My treatment from Dr Larsen was really good, which is the most important thing, but the receptionist was lacking in basic manners. For example, she demanded my co-payment with just one abrupt word: ""Forty"". Manners cost nothing, and don't take that much effort; so I left the office with a bad taste in my mouth. The office was also a bit dingy (not a window in sight); but having said that I would not call into question the standard of medical treatment at this place - it appears to be very good. If they hired some better mannered receptionists, I would have likely given them 5 stars.
