In February 2016 we contracted for Pro-Tile to repair and resurface our pool deck. We paid $160 deposit and they agreed to do it in October. Just before they were due to start they advised us that they could not meet the agreed date. Reluctantly we agreed they would do it in December, although we would not be there. They agreed to email photos of the completed work, which they did. The photos did not show enough to assure us that it was OK. So we proposed to pay $1,000 on account and hold back the final $505 until we returned early January. At which point the ProTile representative became abusive and very unprofessional, implied that they had done us a favor by agreeing to do the work in our absence. When we returned home in January we saw that they had blasted paint off the house walls and our pool service company billed us for clean up of the pool that was necessitated by Pro-Tile leaving debris in the pool. We paid the balance and do not plan to talk to them again.
