Pro Skill Construction is the best. I bought a house and wanted to renovate everything. Avi and his team helped me to completely redo my kitchen (custom cabinets, backsplash, island, etc.) and two bathrooms (marble countertops, new tiles, glass shower/bathtub doors, etc.). They also took care of all the electrical and plumbing aspects (dimmers in bathrooms are a MUST!). Avi & Ajay were very professional, honest, and responsive. We were in touch almost every day and he kept me up to date on the status of everything. The renovation process was very long and there were unexpected complications but Avi made sure everything worked out and I could tell he genuinely cared. Everyone that comes over to my place LOVES how everything turned out, especially the exquisite tile work in the bathrooms. I've recommended Pro Skill Construction to so many of my friends and will continue to do so because they are amazing. more

We had Pro Skill Construction update our kitchen and master bathroom. We are so happy with how the house turned out. We can't believe it's our house. Pro Skill was easy to work. Their work is great, they met their deadlines and the guys are nice. They were available at all times by phone or email if we had any questions. We were so happy that we had them do some additional work at our house. more

We hired Pro Skill to renovate our bathroom earlier this year. Once the walls were demolished there were so many problems. Pro Skill fixed each and every one and was very fair with the additional costs involved. The bathroom looks gorgeous! I can't wait to have them start working on our second bathroom later this year. Avi promises the world and is a friendly guy that makes you feel like you have hired a good and caring contractor, but don't be fooled. The job that I hired him for, that should have taken 2-3 weeks took about 8 weeks. Most of the time he just didn't show up when he promised. He would always have some excuse, but it was all just lies. He is a one man show, with one helper. He then hired other subcontractors to do painting and plumbling, and then I learned that he jacks them around on getting paid, etc. too. DO NOT HIRE AVI or PROSKILL, you will only get angry and be greatly disappointed. more

Last month my condo was flooded due to a faulty washing machine in my neighbour's home. I contacted Avi at ProSkill because of his reviews on Angie's List. Everything seemed to be fine, he gave me my free estimate of $3800, I wrote him a check for $2000 (that was the amount he requested) and came back the next week and did 2-3 hours work. He said he would be back the next day. He didn't show. I called and left a message. He didn't call back. I called the next day and left a message. He didn't call back. This went on all week. Saturday night I called him from a different phone (so that the number would be different on his Caller ID), he answered and said that he was sorry but his truck overheated and that he would be at my house Sunday morning. He wasn't. I called and left a message. Monday I called him from the other phone again, he answered and said he would be at my house Tuesday morning (this morning) 10AM. He isn't here. He isn't answering his phone. So, as of right now he's stolen $2000 from me and has done next to no work. Now I am left to write this bad review on Angie's List, I'm filing a complaint with my bank, another complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Office of Consumer Affairs, the State Attorney's Office, and anyone else I can think of. I am very unhappy and very upset. At no point could I, in good conscience, recommend this company or Avi. Do not let them in your home. more
