Avi promises the world and is a friendly guy that makes you feel like you have hired a good and caring contractor, but don't be fooled. The job that I hired him for, that should have taken 2-3 weeks took about 8 weeks. Most of the time he just didn't show up when he promised. He would always have some excuse, but it was all just lies. He is a one man show, with one helper. He then hired other subcontractors to do painting and plumbling, and then I learned that he jacks them around on getting paid, etc. too. DO NOT HIRE AVI or PROSKILL, you will only get angry and be greatly disappointed.
