My water heater in my rental leaked and needed replacing - I was quite pleased that it was replaced within a day so that my renters weren't inconvenienced too much. more

From the bidding process, to the scheduling, to working on the contracted tasks I am happy so far. The bid requires Brian and Wes to come back to finish the job in various stages. So for now, the company deserves a 5 star rating....hope when the job is completed that they will earn a final 5 star rating more

Great Service, Highly Recommended! 5/8/2017

I have been working with Pro Plumbing Services for over 10 years now and I have never been disappointed! They just recently they come out to fix a leak in our bathtub and a broken pipe that goes to our sprinkler system. They are very professional when they come out and answer all our questions. more

Very Satisfactory Work - Will Use Again 5/1/2017

PRO Plumbing Services got to me when they said they would and were very efficient in their work! They worked on a shower in the master bedroom and hooked up my washer and dryer when I couldn't get to it. They did a great job both times, and I was very satisfied with the work. In fact, I am about to use them for another project of mine! They're really easy to communicate and set up appointments with, and are friendly and respectful as well. They're a great service that I look forward to working with again! more

Loved their service 4/24/2017

I loved the service I got from PRO Plumbing Services. They were very responsive and spot on. I was having a problem with my heating/air conditioning unit which they identified and fixed the very same day. These guys were really great. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Cost way too high 4/6/2017

I called Pro Plumbing because of its good rating on Yelp. After an onsite diagnosis, my water heater needed to be replaced. The quote I got from the technician was $1675. I got it done with less than half of that price by using a handyman I worked with before. more

Service was fast, they were able to install a 75 gallon hot water heater the same day 4/4/2017

A bit pricey. 3/31/2017

Appreciate the service and timely manner in which my request was taken care of, however, for the amount of time the technician was here (between 8-10 minutes) I feel that $150 was highly overpriced. I have used Proplumbing in the past, but not sure I will be calling them back again in the future. more

PRO Plumbing Services have helped us out few times and there has never been any issues with them or complaints about their work. We have a lot of fix-it guys on staff here and haven't had to use them that often. However, for the couple times we did need back up, they really came through and took care of things for us. We appreciate the quality help they provided and would definitely recommend their services. more

fixed a tricky leak 1/18/2017

We called Pro Plumbing Services because we had a tricky leak that needed to be repaired. It took a long time to figure out but it was figured out and it was fixed and I was happy with their work. These were the first people I asked to look at it and that was based on another recommendation from a neighbor. Plumbing is expensive, but I thought the price was reasonable. I liked the technician who did the job, he was thorough and patient and figured things out. He showed me what was wrong, no problem. He was very knowledgeable. Scheduling the appointment was easy too. more

Pro Plumbing Services has done a number of things for me over the years. They are pretty expensive but they do great work. The last time they were out here was to replace a broken nut on a water supply line going from the wall to the toilet. I will keep using them because they are really good people and they do a great job. I would also recommend them. more

I would not recommend Pro Plumbing Service. I paid them a service charge to come out and do a job for me, but ended up using another plumber because he was $100 cheaper. I will not call them again. RESPONSE FROM PRO Plumbing Services: Hello Bob, I'm sorry to hear that you felt we were too expensive! I did review your account with us, and it appears that we did actually do work for you recently, just before Christmas. From our records, we actually waived the trip fee for you because we did the work. Are you certain this was us? more

I would recommend PRO Plumbing Services. I used them for my bathroom, they did rough plumbing in it and they did a good job. Their prices were competitive, they showed up on time, they were friendly and the customer service was good. I would use them again, sure. more

Great service 11/23/2016

I had an outside spigot that leaked into my basement. Pro Plumbing came, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly. The plumber was courteous and showed me where the problem was and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. I have used them before and have always had great service. more
