I called Pro Plumbing because of its good rating on Yelp. After an onsite diagnosis, my water heater needed to be replaced. The quote I got from the technician was $1675. I got it...

Late night sewer 8/21/2018

Wes came out late Sunday night. He used a Jetter to try and clear our clogged sewer line. He hit some kind of snag which we are still in the process of diagnosing. However, we were able to use some of our facilities in the home. He was very thorough and professional. more

Wow - hire this team! 8/6/2018

Our AC went out, the technician who was new to Pro Plumbing spent several visits trying to figure out the problem. Courteous, polite young man who worked with one of our boys to address the problem. Second and most recent experience was responding to a late night call for our tenant's water heater. Not a big issue but a relief to know that they checked out the problem, remedied it and we all slept well. more

Reliably excellent service 7/25/2018

I have used PRO Plumbing frequently and they are my "go to" source for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are far better than the larger companies who advertise extensively and I appreciate their honesty and outstanding customer service. This most recent job was a bit more pricey than I had anticipated and that is the only reason I did not give the total experience 5 stars. That said, I will continue to use and recommend PRO Plumbing. more

Outstanding service 6/25/2018

We have been using Pro Plumbing for over 18 years, clogged drains, new hot water heaters, new toilets, preventative maintenance checks on AC/furnace. My wife has them on her cell on speed dial! more

Competent And Professional, With A Stumble Or Two 6/19/2018

The installers at PRO Plumbing Services did a good job with the services they provided, though there was an issue with a part that was not in stock. This was my first time using them, and they came out to diagnose and install a part in my water heater, which was causing a problem. Since the part that was needed was not in stock, it took multiple trips in order to get the job done. But this was a problem with inventory, not a fault with the installer. The person that came out was on time, professional, and respectful. I would use them again. more

Patty recommended the perfect time and two services as well as equipment that the technician was to use. Wes was totally prepared. Because He had a cancellation before our window of time, he contacted me rather than showing up early. He was polite and explained his two fixes - one toilet, one sink. Wes also brought an extra sink plunger (thanks Patty) and made the repair on the spot and gave us some helpful hints (rules- it was the sink in the kids' bathroom) to avoid further problems. more

Great service! 5/8/2018

Pro Plumbing is now my “go to” furnace and air conditioning service. Brian did a great job checking over our system and patiently answered all my questions. Daryl found my replacement part under warranty and only charged me for labor! Patty in the office is always very professional and helpful in getting someone out to me in a timely matter or when paying my bill. Pro Plumbing is a professional service with a personable, courteous crew! more

They Diagnose the Problem Quickly and Fix It 5/2/2018

PRO Plumbing Services was excellent. They fixed everything and knew exactly what was wrong. The repairs were done in short order, the tech was only there for about an hour or so and fixed two showers and a toilet. I'd used them before and that's why I called them. I just moved to the area not too long ago but I've been consistently satisfied with their service so far. They're prompt and on time. They diagnose the problem quickly and fix it. more

Our entire experience from PRO Plumbing Service, Castle Rock, was superb. Due to a freeze break in the copper pipe, the rear hose bib leaked and flooded our finished basement. The scheduler, Patty, was able to juggle their already booked schedule to allow someone to repair our problem the same day. Patty was very pleasant and efficient throughout the entire process. I consider Derrick the plumber to be a very skillful craftsman. After assessing our situation, he cut out a small section of our drywall to access, cutout and replace our copper pipe/hose bib. I believe the entire process took approximately 1 hour for him to complete. Base on our experience, we would highly recommend PRO Plumbing Service. more
