I called Pro Plumbing because of its good rating on Yelp. After an onsite diagnosis, my water heater needed to be replaced. The quote I got from the technician was $1675. I got it...

Outstanding 11/30/2017

I'm writing this review because the previous plumbing company hired for the job didn't do the job! I was referred by a gentleman, who highly recommended Wes at Pro Services. Wes came right out and took care of the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it and showed me the parts he replaced. (What's really amazing is that he found the reason I was still having issues, after the first company came out, which was they said they replaced parts and didn't. I would highly recommend Pro Services. They are nice, honest and get the job done. Thank you Wes! more

Need a Scope to Cope 11/17/2017

Clogged drain. Plumber came out, but did not have a scope to do a complete diagnosis. 1 week later we did it all again. Overall we've had great experience with Pro Plumbing for over 10 years, just disappointed a bit with this visit. more

Great service 11/2/2017

This is my second time using this company , last year we had a big leak of water and found the bathrooms and kitchen flooded and the water sip to the crawling space and damage the furnace too , it all was fix promptly and the furnace motor was replace too. Well a few days ago I notice a water leak under the kitchen sink and called for an appointment , Derrick show up on time and make the repairs quick , I hope we don't have any more issues with the water leaks but if we do I will keep using Pro Plumbing . Five-star service 10/23/2017

They do great work at PRO Plumbing Services, coming on time and being very reasonable with their prices when they come every year to do the back flow. When their technicians come during business hours, they are aren't a distraction because they respect our business. We are a veterinary clinic and the staff at PRO Plumbing Services were good with the dogs and cats. We've used them in the past and would likely use them in the future. more

We had a scam artist well known in community plumbing company come out and show us a video of our Aspen entangled septic line. For $8000 we could have it dug up and replaced. Thank heavens we called Pro Plumbing . They scanned our line for $325 dollars and there was no such problem. The movie they made was not our line. Pro Plumbing is nice . They show up on time. reasonably priced and ethical . more

Exceptional! 9/8/2017

PRO Plumbing Services hooked up an ice maker and found a better and cheaper way to do it. The ice maker is great. It was my first time using the company, and they exceeded my expectations of them. The tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful. It was simple and easy to make an appointment, and they came out the very next day after I called. They also called before they arrived, and I liked that. I would use PRO Plumbing Services again. more

Great Experience 7/28/2017

I had a very nice experience with PRO Plumbing Services. Recently, I used them for the first time to help replace a water heater in my home. When the new installation was linking, I called them and they came back that same day, and replaced it. So far, everything is working well so I am happy with how things are turning out. I think that the staff was pretty good - they were definitely easy to reach, so I had no problems with their service. I would recommend them to future customers because they do great work. more

I've used PRO Plumbing Services a couple times before, and this time the camera wasn't working. It was unfortunate. But, they are coming out tomorrow to do a job for me. I like that they are local and that they will come and do the work. more

Patty was great to talk to and Wes was honest and efficient in fixing the issue. The repair was a lot less work, cost and repair time compared to the other vendor who just wanted to replace everything. So very happy to have PRO in my family now for needs and issues. Thanks to everyone!! more

We've been using PRO Plumbing Services for about 10 years. Recently they helped us with some plumbing issues which ended up being a backed up septic system. Chris corrected it immediately. He was very kind when he was here. The company has also put in a disposal and a whole new water system for us as well. They're so good at what they do. more

Amazing Service In Every Way 6/15/2017

I had a great experience with PRO Plumbing Services. The man who worked at my house did a great job unstopping a drain and the sink has never looked cleaner. The pricing was a bit expensive (like most things today), but it was definitely worth it. It was my first time using them and I really appreciate the hard work - the man even left the workplace clean after he had finished the job. I would definitely use the company again if necessary and I would recommend them to other future customers. It's the best plumbing service I've ever received and their work really speaks for itself. more

The installation of our water treatment system has been a top rate experience. 6/8/2017

Al spent a lot of time with me on our initial discussion and answered several follow up questions for me via email. Brian then installed the water treatment system in one day and did an excellent, well thought out job. I had asked Al to promise to test the water after the installation. Brian came back day after installation and tested the water showing that water is in tip top condition. Please do not hesitate to have ProPlumbing install your water treatment system. It is unique to Al Vanden Heuvel. more
