Pro Mark Window Tinting

After about a week of researching and looking at window tinting businesses, I decided to go to Promark Window tinting. Not only did all the sites I look at for reviews rave about how wonderful of a job Leif did, but now I get too as well! The tint job looks absolutely amazing and Leif is wonderful person as well. It took an hour and a half to complete but the time went by so quickly, you can sit quitely and read or work or strike up a conversatioin. Truly the BEST place to go to for window tinting needs!!! more

I had the windows tinted on my 2012 4Runner last week by Leif. He did a great job on all the windows and I'm one extremely satisfied customer! He was on vacation when I set up the appointment and was kind enough to return the message I left him to tell me so I wasn't waiting around. Had a great experience at the shop with Leif. We had a mix up on scheduling and he was very customer service friendly. He threw in the eyebrow for free because of the mix up. He went above and beyond what I expected my visit would be like because we just talked the whole time he was tinting my car. Not to mention.. my tint looks fantastic! more

I can not say enough about Pro Mark. Leif did a great job and was very fast. He decided to fit me in today even though he was busy with personal stuff and still worked with my schedule also. Called Lief at 9am this morning based on everyone's reviews and he had me in by 11:30. He was just as everyone has written, professional, fast, and very reasonable. BTW, his phone was ringing off the hook the whole time I was there, too, and mostly seemed to be returning customers with new cars for him to tint. My husband and I were looking for a shop to remove the tinting on a vehicle we had purchased and found Promark on the internet. Leif was able to get us in quickly. He was very professional and friendly. He did a great job on the car windows. We will be back for any tinting we need done in the future. more

I needed to get my car tinted and so I got on the internet one day to look for tint shops in the area. Then I came across Pro Mark tint shop, with the most positive reviews around. So based on that I called up Leif and I chose his service, agreed on the price over the phone and set up an appointment with him. I brought my car in on one Friday afternoon to have it tinted. It only took him 45 minutes or so to tint 4 side windows and a rear window. He was very quick yet detailed and definitely knows what he's doing. While working on the car he noticed some deep scratches on one of the quarter panel glass resulted from my last visit to the bodyshop so he offered to hold off on that glass until I have that bodyshop replace it. I took his offer and held off on that window. After driving around with one window un-tinted for a couple of weeks, the bodyshop finally got the glass in and replaced the glass for me. Today I returned to Leif to have that remaining window tinted. He was very accommodating and put the tint on in less than ten minutes. Moreover, I asked him about a bubble/ small air lines on one of the previously tinted windows and asked if it could eventually go away. He said there was a lint/hair in the middle of the glass that caused it to appear the way it did and agreed to completely remove and re-tint that window for me at no additional cost. I am very impressed with his honesty and quality of service! To sum it up, if you are looking for a quality tint shop that stands by his work, and would go out of his way to make his customers happy, look no further than Pro Mark Tint shop. more

Leif at Promark tinted my wife's Honda Odyssey today. He was able to get us in quickly and gave us a text thirty minutes prior to completion to minimize the time investment. When my wife and I returned to pick up the van; Leif took us around and went over the care and maintenace of the amazing looking tint. He then shocked us by pointing out a tiny scratch in one of the windows. He apologized and offered to replace the window. I told him ""I would hate for him to do that but maybe he could give me a good deal on my Jeep"". The Jeep goes in Friday! No one who has ever worked on my vehicles has ever demonstrated this level of integrity. I will be telling everyone I know about Leif. Thanks again Leif, see you Friday. more

Leif tinted the windows on my car I bought 6 (almost 7) years ago. He TOTALLY stands by his work. I was having some trouble with the back window tint & he was ready to fix it, no problem (even after all that time). Unfortunately, transmission went & I had to get another car. Lucky for me, Leif was ready to tint the windows on my new car! Look, if you want an honest businessman who stands by his work, you better get some PROMARK!! more

I called around to get quotes and this guy was very rude on the phone. His price quote was $20 less than one I had just got... Guess the friendly people will get my Money. There is something to be said about customer service buddy! more

Went into the shop today with adhesive on my windows and a ripped gasket on one side and Leif was still able to get the job done quick with no problems and at a very affordable price. I had been checking around trying to find a window tint shop. I had lost Leif's number and through my google searches finally found Leif at Pro Mark Window Tinting. I had used him years prior on four of my prior cars. Through my research the other shops were at a minimum $45 to $60 more expensive and had poor work quality. Leif has done a outstanding job yet again! This is my fifth vehicle Leif has tinted for me, needless to say it will not be the last. Not only did he do a perfect job, he recognized an error I made when I chose the size of my Windshield ""eyebrow"". Leif saved me from getting a very expensive ticket. Any other tint shop wouldn't have bothered, it would have been my problem. Leif worked with my complicated schedule and answered my calls promptly. Even after I woke him up at 11:00 p.m. due to a missed text, (my bad cell service.) He was completely professional and understanding. I highly reccomend Pro Mark tinting and will use Leif for every future vehicle I own. I cannot give enough accolades to Leif for the outstanding price and quality! more

Brought my BMW in for tinting. Had all windows done but one, the driver side. I was watching and talking to Leif when the glass shattered all over him. He did not appear to be at fault. He was just smoothing the tint when it happened! I truly believe that it was defective glass. Leif had the window replaced within an hour, and even bought touch up for where the glass barely knicked the door! Once the window was replaced he finished the job and it was very well done! Not many businesses would claim fault and have it fixed so quickly. I was very impressed with him as a person and a tinter, and would highly recommend him to anyone! Pros: Great person, and awsome tint job! Cons: None to list more
