Brought my BMW in for tinting. Had all windows done but one, the driver side. I was watching and talking to Leif when the glass shattered all over him. He did not appear to be at fault. He was just smoothing the tint when it happened! I truly believe that it was defective glass. Leif had the window replaced within an hour, and even bought touch up for where the glass barely knicked the door! Once the window was replaced he finished the job and it was very well done! Not many businesses would claim fault and have it fixed so quickly. I was very impressed with him as a person and a tinter, and would highly recommend him to anyone!
