I've only been here for inspections and a couple oil changes, but they have a very efficient system and a super friendly front desk staff - I have no complaints. Very easy to accomplish either task during your lunch hour. During my most recent inspection they discovered I had a brake light out - and offered to replace it for about $7.00. Usually they just pass me and send me on my way within about 15 minutes.\r more

That was my 3rd used car I'd brought in and it was at that point that John would advise me like I was his own kid - it felt caring and supportive, not patronizing. (Really, that car was a money pit.) They have quick turn-around (I never waited long for parts), I could always see them within 3 days of calling for an appointment, and if you live in downtown Northampton, they are conveniently located.\r more

I LOVE Pro Lube! I used them for all repairs, maintenance, and inspections for about 10 years and was always treated with respect and compassion. ALL the mechanics would patiently explain to me exactly what was going on and were honest about what needed to be repaired and what didn't. When I drove a VW Cabrio, I saw them a lot and they really helped keep that car on the road as long and as cheaply as possible.\r more
