Pristine Auto Spa

From out of town but was in the area so stopped by. Totally not worth the price (and it was pricey). Dirty spots still on front bumper and rims. Smudge spots on the window. Tried to speak to management about it but they didn't want to help. I should have just ran my car through the cheap $5 car wash for this service. Will never return again! more

Pristine Auto Spa ran my BMW with leather seats, electric windows, and idrive through the car wash with the window down. The manager proceeded to tell me ""i'm sorry it was a mistake"" with no compensation what so ever. After I left the car wash I still had water standing on my all weather mats in the back of my car. The creases in the seats had water running out (OMG LEATHER SEATS AHHH). The manager was incredibility rude and defensive. I asked some other locals about this place and they all said they had issues with this car wash. I will never be going back to this car wash and urge you not to also if you value your car at all. Mistakes are made, however it's how you fix the mistakes that count and they didn't do so. more

I just moved to Morrisville and have been looking for a place to get my car cleaned. Of all of the places in the Morrisville/Cary area, this is by far the best. I'm not saying that every time is perfect, but it is far better than its competition. They have a comfortable lobby, nice people, and again, the good quality is pretty consistent. It does take a little longer, but I'd rather wait a little longer for the service that they provide. Pros: Comfortable, convenient, good quality Cons: a little longer than other place more

My husband and I took both of our cars to Pristine Auto Spa right when they opened this Sunday. Husband ordered the bronze wash and I the gold wash (to have the leather interior cleaned). Both cars were quite dirty on the outside and the floor mats because we have been so busy the last few months with our jobs. His car came out first and just looked awful, all of the corners still looked dirty and the bumpers were still spotty looking. The tires were not clean. My car was a disaster. The inside of the windshield was smeared, as were the interior windows. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until after I pulled away - but one of the screws was missing from the license plate holder. One of the employees absolutely should have called this to my attention. I realize it's not their fault, but they should have had the courtesy to point it out. What if my plate had completely fallen off on my way home? Everyone working there was incredibly flat, not helpful in the least, and both cars look as good as if I had merely rinsed them with the garden hose. This was the last time of several unpleasant visits to Pristine Auto Spa. I strongly suggest people find another place to take their cars. Firstly, I am kind of person that pays a lot of attention to detail and so if I am paying $28 for a car wash, it better be worth it. I took mini-SUV in for a wash a few weeks back. The service was quick, but clearly the guys who cleaned the car proved that they had no passion for their work. They attempted to clean the insides, and while the cleaned the dust, they left all the lint behind from their towels. The tires were not cleaned properly and the when i asked why the tires were not dressed, I was told that it would cost an addition $3-4. Now for a buck or two more, I can buy a whole bottle of car shine. Long story short, I would say this is just another car wash place and if you are obsessed like me about having a properly cleaned car, this is not the place for you. I paid $17.90 for a bronze level interior / exterior car wash. They charged me an extra $1.95 because I had a mini van! Pros: Close to where I work. Nice waiting area. Cons: Expensive and they don't do a good job. more

Not like the other car washes who rush you through as fast as possible while failing to get your car clean. Huge lobby, flat screen, laptops and the large selection of magazines that are actually current. Pros: Lobby, Clean Car, Customer service Cons: Not as fast as some washes but I get a cleaner car more

I would never take my car back to this place. I took my brand new BMW to this place. After the wash, there was a large scratch on the dealer installed tint. When I spoke to the manager, he immediately became defensive. He did not even talk to his employees and showed me the sign that read they did not cover after market products. I told him this was installed by the dealer and I even had the sheet from the dealer. He refused to look at it and when I asked him his name, he refused to give me his name. I found it extremely rude on his part to not even try to find out the truth but immediately blame the customer and imply I was lying. I will never ever take my car to this place. This was my first trip to Pristine Auto Spa, but this is where I will continue to bring my car. My entire experience was outstanding. The customer service, waiting area, and the car wash itself were excellent. more

There was a few drip of dried up chocolate milk and they didn't even bothered to wipe it up. The vacuuming was a poorly done. It appears that they didn't spend anymore than a few minutes vacuuming. Lint was all over my dashboard, window, and windshields. Someone's hair was actually stuck to my radio. Pros: fast. Very FAST. Cons: horrible job. Horrible vacuuming job. Lint all over the dashboard, windshield, and windows. Tire shine did not last. more

I trust this place with my car. When I get my car back it is clean and dry inside and out. I bring my car in about twice a month and I've never been disappointed. The wait time is not long, I'm usually out of there in 30 minutes or less. However, they do not take shortcuts like other car spas I've been to. Pros: service, nice waiting area, good value more
