I would never take my car back to this place. I took my brand new BMW to this place. After the wash, there was a large scratch on the dealer installed tint. When I spoke to the manager, he immediately became defensive. He did not even talk to his employees and showed me the sign that read they did not cover after market products. I told him this was installed by the dealer and I even had the sheet from the dealer. He refused to look at it and when I asked him his name, he refused to give me his name. I found it extremely rude on his part to not even try to find out the truth but immediately blame the customer and imply I was lying. I will never ever take my car to this place. As a few others have mentioned, they even did a poor job on properly cleaning the inside and outside.
