Pristine Auto Spa ran my BMW with leather seats, electric windows, and idrive through the car wash with the window down. The manager proceeded to tell me ""i'm sorry it was a mistake"" with no compensation what so ever. After I left the car wash I still had water standing on my all weather mats in the back of my car. The creases in the seats had water running out (OMG LEATHER SEATS AHHH). The manager was incredibility rude and defensive. I asked some other locals about this place and they all said they had issues with this car wash. I will never be going back to this car wash and urge you not to also if you value your car at all. Mistakes are made, however it's how you fix the mistakes that count and they didn't do so.
