My dog is so happy here! 7/26/2021

I've been bringing my animals here since 2010 and have never been disappointed. Brought a puppy into my life during COVID restrictions back in October and was worried about him being alone for the first time. But for no reason! Did a few days of daycare to get him used to the place. He cries in the car whenever we pull up and RUNS for the building every time. Always excited to see the staff come out to bring him in. If that isn't indicative of the care he receives, I'm not sure what is! Thank you all for what you do! Now that we can go away again we do it worry free for our pup. more

Love it! 9/4/2019

We started taking our puppy here a few months ago and we've always had a great experience. He always comes home happy and gets super excited whenever he figures out he's going there. We were a little nervous boarding our dog for a few nights over the holidays, but the staff was awesome and kept us updated on how he was doing. Our dog doesn't really like to eat anywhere other than home, and the staff was so accommodating. They tried all sorts of things to get him to eat while we were out of town. Leaving your dog for a few days is always tough, but we feel great knowing he's in good hands. Just all around great place with great people, would definitely recommend especially if you're a new pet parents and are nervous about where to go and what to do! more

disgusted 11/27/2012

I know this is long, but if you are considering this kennel you MUST read. After my dog stayed at this kennel, and came home with urine burns, soaked in urine, and petrified of everything, I posted the review below and called the owner. He spoke with me about my dog’s problems, and ultimately told me (on 7/30/12) that if I removed my reviews from Citysearch and Yellow pages about his kennel, that he would reimburse me the amount of my dog’s stay due to our concerns with his treatment there, and our concerns about the state he returned to us in. I removed the reviews that day (7/30/12), figuring that I could use the money to bring a trainer to our house to help our dog overcome his newfound fears. (He ended up being petrified of the outdoors, cars, and visitors for months after the stay.) Today is 11/27/12, and to this date I have not received my reimbursement from Primrose Lane Farm, nor have they contacted me in any way to set this right. I am disgusted, and have attached my original review below so that everyone considering this kennel can be aware of the way that my dog was treated here before allowing their dog to stay here. *I can only post some of original due to size restraints* Our dog's first boarding experience was here while we were on vacation. We have a very social, friendly year old pup who has a lot of energy but has also been trained. We felt very confident in the reviews, but upon picking him up, were shocked. Our crate-trained dog's stomach, legs, paws, and tail were drenched in his own urine. He also had large burns/sores on his joints from laying in a crate in his urine. The toys and bed that we sent were never used, and we didn't see any dogs in the "play area" or being walked. They did not tell us what happened during his stay. We will not be returning, and I personally am very upset that I allowed my dog to stay here for the week. Please think twice before leaving your dog here. more

Not a good experience 8/18/2012

We took our dog here because of the good reviews. Our experience was nothing like the others. Dog came back skittish and unhappy. Finally got back to normal after three weeks. Spent the extra money to keep our dog here versus other kennels closer to our house. Never will go back to this place. more

They can't wait to visit the friends they have made here!! 12/8/2010

My dogs love coming here when we are on vacation. They can't get in the door fast enough! Another successful extended boarding stay at this fabulous facility. I really appreciate the thought that goes into my dogs stay......I really appreciate the "kids" are well taken care of so I can enjoy myself when I have to be away! more

Highly Recommended!! 9/10/2010

Our experience was beyond expectations. The care and concern the staff demonstrated for our puppy gave us a high level of comfort that he would be treated like at home. Highly recommended!! At Primrose Lane Farm, pets get lots of attention in a beautiful country setting under the watch of dedicated dog-lovers. We are so glad we found them!! more
