The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

It took6 minutes for my service 10/16/2018

I had gutter cleaning done and the tech Ken arrived way early in the morning when I had a 10am appointment. That's fine no problem with prompt service. The value complaint is I have screened gutters and they were very clean even with trees on the property. The tech showed up walked up the ladder looked around cleared a small blockagein one downspout that took 30 seconds. He said that will be $80. That's an ouch $80 for 6 minutes of time that's $15/ min. The tech was super polite. Should have a diagnostic type fee like $50 would not have felt as bad paying for the tech showing up. more

Very poor communications 10/16/2018

I asked for gutter cleaning, repair of one gutter that is pitched the wrong way and possibly some window repair. They were supposed to come between 10 and 12. I text them at 12:05 for an ETA update. They called me back and said they would be there in a 1/2 an hour. At 1:49 they texted about and would be there in a few minutes. It was raining and understand other jobs can put them behind, but I shouldn't have had to initiate the communication for them being so late. They cleaned the second floor gutters and said they would look at the pitched gutter and either leave me an estimate or bill for fixing it. They did neither. They also mentioned they thought they were there to power wash windows. The guys were nice and seemed competent, but this many miscommunications will not result in a positive review or repeat business from me. more

I was given a recommendation to use Prime. I was impressed with efficiency & prices! However, after they left, I noticed that at least one Of my 2 story windows still has quite a bit of missed dirt & cob web in the lower corner. The reason why I hired window cleaners is because I can’t climb a ladder that high. So I was a bit disappointed more

Th e guy you sent out did a great job washing the Windows but I got ticked off when he would not honor my $10 coupon and kept shoving his tablet in my face showing me the price, I told him the guy on the phone agreed to the $10 off but I got sick of arguing and of course he WON. $@!#% me off more

Work done well but a final bill was almost twice what we had been quoted as an estimate. Beware! 10/6/2018

Workers did a thorough job on our windows and were respectful to our home. Final bill exceeded our estimate by over 70% and was only reported to me at the end of the job. Extremely disappointed in this bait and switch and will not use this company again. more

Primetime does a good job with window cleaning. I have a lot of windows and they were absolutely filthy from much construction and not being washed in years. They did a good job; missed a couple of windows but it's fine as they were there for 7 hours. more

Overpriced 9/20/2018

The price charged was about $130/ man hour. Way too much. My certified electrician only charges $68 / hour. We had to touch up a couple of windows and the window sills where not cleaned very well. I will be looking elsewhere for my window cleaning. more
