The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Does a good job 12/6/2018

My only reason for not giving 5 starts is the call WAY TOO MUCH. They seem to have a telemarketing team. I'll even get calls asking if I want my gutters cleaned if I already have an appointment scheduled with them. It's pretty annoying. However I put up with it because we have a very tall house and they do a great job cleaning out gutters and cleaning up afterwards. more

After weather delaysl 12/2/2018

They were supposed to be here to clean our gutters the week before but weather delayed them, snow and ice, I wouldn't go on the roof with that, Then on Thanksgiving Day one crew showed up in the morning and cleaned the gutters and downspouts. Later in the afternoon another crew showed up to do the work, we told them thanks but it had already been done earlier in the day. Won’t recommend or use them again! 12/1/2018

Not a fan of Bate & Switch! Won’t be using them again. Last time, sliders and screens were included...this time...it was an upcharge. Last I knew, cleaning windows always included screens and the doors! Service was average at best. My husband can do what they did and we would have saved $330.00!! more

Came within one week to clean gutters on house and garage. Workmen wee very courteous as they explained the extra charge for larger garage and house. Rigo and his partner were outstanding! Thorough, competent, good natured, clean, they managed to take out a screen that had been caulked in without destroying it.
