Extremely rude and unauthorized charges on my card!!! 10/31/2010

We had some glass replaced at our home and the receptionist Christine was extremely rude and difficult to work with from the start. She was so condescending to me over the phone, I was planning on never using this company again based on her bad attitude alone. Then, I got my credit card bill and I had been charged an extra $100 that I did not authorize. Of course, when I called to resolve this, they had no record of this unauthorized charge and would not refund my money. Oh, and she was extremely rude once again. I think it goes without saying, but I will NEVER use Prime Glass again!! more

Frameless Shower Enclosure & Vanity Mirror 4/13/2010

We recently hired Prime Glass to install a frameless shower enclosure and vanity mirror in our bathroom. They gave us the most competitive price and did an outstanding job for us. We give them 5 stars for their price and work. Also, there's plenty of parking on both sides of the store so its easy to swing by and hop back onto Arsenal Street. New Home Owner-beautiful frameless glass shower 1/9/2010

We bought a brand new home with a tiled shower-we turned to Prime Glass & Mirror to design us a glass frameless shower enclosure. Not only was it completed all in one day-it was customized and looks beautiful and I know has added value to our home. A plus was that they used brushed stainless steel handles to match our fixtures-something I would've overlooked! They also cleaned up and didn't leave any tools or trash behind. I give them 5 STARS for their great service and custom design delivery on our shower! I went back several months later and ordered 4 glasstops-they too look great and protect our furniture. Prime Glass and Mirror is the glass shop for the reasonable man. 5/5/2008

First of all, you are guaranteed to speak to someone with a considerable amount of experience in the glass business. The partners, Tom and Larry and the Office Manager, Christine have over 50 years of experience in the glass business between them. Secondly, they market themselves as a low-cost shop and they come through. In addition, they add a transparency to the process that is very refreshing. After speaking with anyone there you will no doubt be more knowledgeable about some aspect of the glass business than you were before. As a long time patron of Prime Glass and Mirror I have been extremely happy with my dealings with them over the years. I am not sure whether poor reviews listed on this website can be trusted out of context. I would recommend that all reasonable consumers check out Prime Glass and Mirror for themselves and form their own opinions. Pros: Experienced personnel Cons: ? more

Great Service! 4/17/2008

A few weeks ago I stopped by their shop to ask a few questions about some work I needed doing at my house. The owner not only took the time to show me a couple of options, but their pricing turned out to be 20% less than I would have at another shop I had gone to for some comparative pricing. Pros: Saved $$$ !! more
