A few weeks ago I stopped by their shop to ask a few questions about some work I needed doing at my house. The owner not only took the time to show me a couple of options, but their pricing turned out to be 20% less than I would have at another shop I had gone to for some comparative pricing.
Pros: Saved $$$ !!
