Cost me $59.00 to find out plumber wanted $1600 plus to purchase and install 2 toilets. Went to home depot and got good 2 Kohler Cimarron installed $749.01. Don't know how goo...

Very Impressed. Excellent Service-Responsive & Professional 11/4/2013

I found Pride Plumbing online when I was looking for a plumber with excellent reviews. After reading several positive customer reviews I gave them a call to assist with a leak behind our kitchen sink. We called them on a Sunday and they immediately picked up the phone and we discussed the issue. We were offered the option of them coming on Sunday (for an additional fee) or first thing Monday morning. The man on the phone said we would be fine to wait and to minimize use of the sink until then (our choice, but he was willing to come Sunday if we wanted). On Monday, Steve Clark arrived and was courteous, took the time to explain the issue and it was clear that he had a great deal of experience with similar issues. The leak had caused some mold damage so he referred us to a mold remediation service that he trusted. He knew we had a toddler in the home and encouraged us to have it checked out and thoroughly inspected. I felt we were in good hands and was happy to have the issue fixed less than 24 hrs later upon discovering the leak. I will definitely use them again in the future. more

Quick response and left no mess 10/2/2013

It is so nice when a contractor treats seniors well. My 81 yr old mother noticed a leak over the kitchen sink at 5:00 pm, put a call into Pride and received a return call at 6:30 pm. They said they would be there between 8 am and 10 am the next morning and they actually called at 8 am to tell them that they would be there at 8:30! They found the leak in the upstairs toilet and fixed it, did some additional requested work and answered all their questions- extremely polite and competant. They also cleaned up the area so there was no mess. Will recommend them highly ! more

Perfect service and installation twice in 24 hours! 1/4/2013

The day after Keith installed our new hot water tank, our toilet broke. Pride Plumbing responded again with excellent service. Keith gave a detailed and understandable explanation of the repair then reviewed our options without any sales pressure. Once again, he had the perfect replacement available on his truck and our toilet was installed without delay. It is so nice to find and support such a wonderful local business. We have struggled in past years to find a plumber we could trust. How lucky I feel that I came across their ad in the yellow pages. Even our teenage son was impressed. Hot water and a toilet that flushes all in 24 hours! Many, many thanks again Keith and Ross! We will certaintly be recommending you to all of our friends. more

Superb installation of hot water tank 1/4/2013

Starting the new year with no hot water was not ideal, but we are delighted to have found such a wonderful plumbing company. Keith was at our house within hours of our call. We thought we might have to special order the tank, but Keith had it on his truck. Very reasonable price, excellent service-very meticulous and polite- could not ask for any better. Ross & Keith were very friendly and accommodating to us for the plumbing work we had done at our home. They were prompt. Always there when they said they would be. Always courtious on the phone and in person. Did a great job, cleaned up their mess and even got along with our dog!!! Their price was very reasonable. Fantastic! 10/3/2012

We currently own a townhome in Rochester that is not selling and live in Florida. My Mom was visiting the area for work and agreed to meet a rental agent for us. While there she discovered a leak in our kitchen. Of course, we don't live there any more and neither does my Mom. I called at 2:30 to see if there was any way someone could come out today since we didn't have any other options. They were there by 5, took care of the problem, my Mom said they were very courteous. And they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for coming on such short notice. Absolutely fabulous experience and I'm so glad I called them. Highly recommended. more

I don't usually write reviews but this was such a refreshing experience that I had to let others know - I have become used to no one returning calls or showing up when scheduled and this did not happen with Pride Plumbing - My call was answered, an appointment was set up and Mr. Clark showed up on the date of the appointment and called 1/2 hour before he was to arrive as he said he would - he went over any concerns he had and gave me the option of having the repairs done that day which is what I chose to do - what I expecially liked was the thoughtfulness about calls and showing up as scheduled - it made me feel that my business and time was important - I was very pleased and would highly recommend Pride Plumbing more

Reasonable cost, friendly, knowledgeable... 8/17/2011

I read these reviews before calling Pride Plumbing. Hense, why I'm adding my review to the board. When I started my search I was just looking for an honest professional that would do the job right and not rake me over the coals cost-wise. Pride Plumbing seemed like a local company that did right by it's clients. After the service I had today, I'd say that's spot on. Ross was very friendly on the phone, and Steve was the guy who came to our house. He was the face of Pride Plumbing for my family. Steve was timely, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Costs were explained up front. We talked about options of what we needed to have done, and how best to do that in budget, while doing the job right. In a word... "professional". I am happy to recommend this service, and know I've got a good company to help with any plumbing issues in the future. Also look at their website for a coupon to help with expenses. more

Plumbing Emergency 7/8/2011

I had a major leak in my basement. I found Pride Plumbing on Google and called. They were on site within 2 hours. Keith Smith was very knowledgable and fixed my problem within an hour. Fantastic Plumber! 6/14/2011

I have used Pride Plumbing several times and will continue to do so. Not only are they always professional but they usually go above and beyond what I've asked them to do - i.e. adding grease to a faucet that isn't preforming well, noticing that my sink was missing a gasket and adding it free of charge, etc. After they leave I can rest assured the problem will be resolved and my house will be in better condition because I hired them! more

Very professional with excellent service 3/1/2011

Sunday night we found we had no water. Keith arrived promptly Monday morning. He was very informative about what he planned to do to diagnose the problem and what the possibilities were. He discovered that we needed a new well pump, which he installed in short order so our water was restored. HE was great to work with - friendly, informative, and professional. more

pride plumbing were prompt, considerate, and got the job done in no time. I had sewer issues in my basement, they were at my house within the hour and I knew the cost up front; they told me if they weren't able to fix the problem, I would only pay the service fee. I will definately recommend them to other people. more
