My first experience with Pride Plumbing could not have been better.
Concerned about my water pipes and rickety main valve as temps plummeted inside my house during the historic windstorm, I called a plumber I had used in the past. That company wanted "$250 minimum charge" to come out on a Saturday and help me. I was shocked and won't be using them again.
On somewhat of a whim, I called Pride Plumbing. I was so comforted to have the phone answered by a real person, not a machine, and later I learned the man to whom I was speaking, Ross, is the owner. He was outstanding in offering me a much more competitive and reasonable price, and getting me set up with an appointment within a few hours. Thank you, Ross.
Tyler arrived as scheduled and was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and didn't talk down to me. He understood my concerns and recognized that it was a stressful for homeowners. He helped me with my plumbing issues and answered every question I had. It made a BIG difference for my sanity. Thank you, Tyler.
I could go on and on, but suffice to say, if you are looking for a plumber, I strongly suggest you give Pride Plumbing a call.
