I have a car with 63 thousand miles and they will not cover under warranty its is a 2008 sonata will never go back again

Even when I've been faced with a hefty service bill for work done to my vehicle, I gladly pay it because of the exceptional customer service and attention to detail that I receive from their service advisors Krista and Tony. If it weren't for them I would probably go to a Hyundai dealer closer to home. A++ for a great team! more

I lost the maintenance log for my car, but the service representative provided me with another one as soon as possible and filled in all the dates when service had been performed in the past. This took time and effort, but the representative was genuinely friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to do business with Pride Hyundai of Lynn. more

Service manager very attentive 2/26/2014

During a recent visit, the service manager argued on my behalf to have a part that failed covered by warranty. This saved me money and the car was fixed within an hour. Everyone was very pleasant and prompt in their responsiveness to scheduling me to an appointment, and keeping me updated while I was waiting for service. Very nice new layout of service building. more
