Even when I've been faced with a hefty service bill for work done to my vehicle, I gladly pay it because of the exceptional customer service and attention to detail that I receive...

Worst

I have a car with 63 thousand miles and they will not cover under warranty its is a 2008 sonata will never go back again

The staff at this service dealer is outstanding. Very helpful, no gimmicks, and always look to cut cost. They don't do repairs that don't have to be done and there is no pressure. more

Service Department 2/11/2014

The women who works in the service department was very nice to do business with. She went out of her way to get me a car, coffee and a nice seat to sit and wait. Her last name was Ferrante. I would do business with her anytime. Even at 7 in the morning she was was so nice. Thank you for all your help. more

Service dept 2/1/2014

Great service. Krista and pat had my order written up. All I had to do was sign the invoice and I was in the car shuttle to the train. Quick and easy ! more

Effecient 1/29/2014

Got in got greeted write up for the maintenance was quick and pain free. Work was done with half hour or less. Everything checked out great and the info and recommendations after it was helpful. Looking to going back and continuing my business with the Dealer Ship and Hyundai in general. more

This dealership is like no other I've been to previously. I'm happy to have a Hyundai so I can use this dealership. Have worked with more than one of their service advisors in the past few years and they are all equally knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. Recently had Krista as my service advisor and she was wonderful, explaining everything and working with me on the cost of the repairs. I have no complaints – the place is clean, the staff is superb, even the waiting room is pleasant, with many comforts to make the wait less painful (TV, coffee, popcorn, etc.). more
