Relieved my stress 6/25/2014

It was my first time in need of body repairs to my car, and I was nervous and stressed out! But from the moment I got there I felt better. The place is very nice, you can tell they take pride in their shop and their work. They were very friendly and helpful, and my car looks like new! Would highly recommend them. more

Prestige Auto Body & Frame re-did my two bumpers and my grill. My car looks amazing. It looks better than it did before the accident. They worked really fast. Once they got the part it only took them three days. They also dealt with my insurance company for me. The customer service is great! more

Great company 2/5/2014

After getting in an accident, my car was towed to this shop because it was nearby. They did an AMAZING job fixing my car (from front to back bumper, all along the driver side). They kept me updated and informed with pictures throughout the whole process. The employees were very polite and knowledgable. The lobby is clean and inviting. Also, I felt they completed the work in a timely manner. My car looks and drives great! more

I have recommended Prestige Auto Body & Frame many times in the past ten to eleven years. I'm very much a car fanatic. I drive a Porsche and am constantly buying and selling vehicles. When I found Ed at Prestige I was very grateful. He's such a great person and manager and so skilled. He runs such a great, tight organization at the highest skill level and with the latest technology in paints and whatnot. They have very genuine customer service there. I even use them to detail my car a couple times a year. Just two weeks ago I brought in an eleven-year-old Porsche I was selling. I had him paint and detail the vehicle and when it pulled out it was in showroom condition. Even though I knew it would be, I'm still blown away. There's just the highest level of management, organization, skill level, and latest technology in both equipment and supplies for high performance vehicles. I'd never go anywhere else. That's it in a nutshell. more

The first time I went to Prestige Auto Body, it was because my insurance agent had recommended them to me. I had talked to her and told her that I don't know of a particular body shop that could handle my situation. When I went into the shop, Ed gave me a tour of the whole facility, explained how they paint the vehicles, and took the time to ease my concerns and answer my questions. I had already gone to other auto body shops in Patterson, but I decided to travel to Modesto because he gave me quality customer service. The other places didn't seem to have the time for me as a customer. The second time I needed services, I went there, and he was great. I don't know what words to use because they were so good. It was important that they have someone who's Spanish-speaking there. They even took the time to transport me to the rental car agency, and I thought that was beyond what was expected. I carry some of his brochures to hand out to people when they need a body shop. more

Overall experience was great. 1/24/2013

My overall experience with Prestige was great. It took a little longer than expected to get my car back but there was more damage than we initially thought. The one thing that upset me was that I left my car there with about 40 miles until empty. I went to drive away and I had no gas!!!! I had to drive my car to the gas station literally on empty!!!! I prayed the whole way that I wouldn't run out of gas! I don't understand how they used that much has or how they could leave me in that predicament. I made it though and my car looks great! RESPONSE FROM Prestige Auto Body & Frame: Dear Jennifer, we are sorry for your inconviance. Most customers don't realize. that we have to move the car forword And back words allweek long we& we pull the out of the shop at day& store them inside at night sometimes we will let them idle a minute or two to warm them up or to make sure battery is charged. In your case we drove your car to the car wash, Then to the muffler shop. since the high price of fuel many customers bring there cars on empty or close to empty, with cost us hunreds of dollers a month, w/ we aren" ablet to re-couperate. Manegement was not aware of the empty tank or we would not have left you in that position please drop in & eccept a $25.00 gas card for your trouble Thanks for your input Ed. Garcia more

Prestige Auto Body & Frame did a great job with the repairs on my car. I really liked the picture messages that they sent to my phone each day, so every day I would see the progress they were making. They are fast and responsive. I would recommend them. more

I've had several experiences with Prestige. For the latest, they did a repair to the front of my car because a branch had stuck up under the headlight. They had to replace the bumper and headlight assembly. They told me they didn't think it would be done until Tuesday and they had it done on Monday. more

Prestige did an exceptional job repairing my car! 6/11/2012

My 2003 Camry was damaged in an accident (the other driver was at fault). Prestige was not on the list of repair shops my own insurance recommended, but it was an approved shop for the other driver's insurance. So, I wanted to make the repair process to go as quickly/smoothly as possible by going with their approved shop, but I was somewhat hesitant as I knew nothing about Prestige. I did check the BBB rating (they had an A+ rating, which was impressive), and after looking at their website (they have a very modern shop) and reading the reviews, I decided to entrust my car to them. From the start, I was treated very professionally, and kept in the loop through every step of the process. Their system of posting pictures of your car through the various steps of repair is very innovative. My car was done on time, and I was very pleased with the results. It was fully restored to its original, pre-accident condition, and I cannot tell any difference! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future - I highly recommend them. more

Prestige Auto Body & Frame did a great job! i didn't know they were going to clean my car out! They did things I didn't expect them to do. The owner Ed called me to make sure to return my call. Everything was courteous! When I went to pick up the car, they worked with me because I was running kind of late. They did a great job fixing my fender. Prestige Auto Body & Frame was prompt, respectable, and courteous. The clerk at the desk was excellent. They were perfect! The boys did a great job. They really did. They had great personalities! more

RESPONSE FROM Prestige Auto Body & Frame: This Is my First nagitive review in 10 year. as owner its very important to respond,"We are sorry for the misunderstanding and for the over spray we missed on your bed liner. But we need to put it in proper context,The frame damage on your truck was unusualy severe and not many people are qualified to repair the frame to factory specs as we did. Had the car gone to another shop without our frame capabilities the car would have been totalled. As for the work the customer said still needs to be done the insurance company's inspection determined that it was not part of the accident. So we did not repair the repairs in Question. When you picked up the car we told you that if you brought it back that as a courtesy we would fix the additional damage we discussed at the time of delivery. It was not an oversight as you stated. Again we were doing it as a courtesy and we are not obligated to fix it at no cost. We were going to do it to make sure you were happy but you have not returned our courtesy calls or brought the truck back. Thanks for your feed back , Ed" more

I had originally planned on taking my truck to another shop, but when they told me they would not be able to start for at least 3 weeks, I called Prestige Auto Body. Prestige Auto Body got me right in, finished the work on-time and did a fantastic job on the repair. In fact they went above and beyond to make my truck look good. more

I drive over 80 miles to go there! 1/30/2012

I live about 80 miles away from Prestige Auto Body & Frame, but I only go to them with repairs. They have repaired all 3 of my vehicles at one point. I was in an accident and the insurance paid for me to go to them to have my Tahoe fixed. They fixed it perfectly. Then my Infinity was involved in a minor parking lot accident, I took it to them to fix it. I also have a very expensive car, it's hand-built and exotic. I took it to them and paid out-of-pocket for them to match the paint. It was a really difficult job because the colors are silver and purple, but they were able to do an exact match. I am extremely picky with my cars, and I like knowing I can go there and they'll take care of me. Plus, they are really nice and trustworthy people. I'll only go there for repairs. more

Excellent Service 12/20/2011

I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service, care, and workmanship delivered by Prestige Automotive. From Miquel at the front desk who arranged for my rental car and pickup, to Ed who owns the business. The office is neat and clean and inviting. The level of customer service is excellent. I would not hestitate to recommend this business to anyone. Great experience, even though no one likes to have to need this service. more
