Review content:
The first time I went to Prestige Auto Body, it was because my insurance agent had recommended them to me. I had talked to her and told her that I don't know of a particular body shop that could handle my situation.
When I went into the shop, Ed gave me a tour of the whole facility, explained how they paint the vehicles, and took the time to ease my concerns and answer my questions. I had already gone to other auto body shops in Patterson, but I decided to travel to Modesto because he gave me quality customer service. The other places didn't seem to have the time for me as a customer.
The second time I needed services, I went there, and he was great. I don't know what words to use because they were so good. It was important that they have someone who's Spanish-speaking there. They even took the time to transport me to the rental car agency, and I thought that was beyond what was expected. I carry some of his brochures to hand out to people when they need a body shop.
