Not all items not repaired
Truck released with knowledge that items still needed to be fixed and truck would have to brought back in.
no walk through or review of work done prior to driving away.

This Is my First nagitive review in 10 year. as owner its very important to respond,"We are sorry for the misunderstanding and for the over spray we missed on your bed liner. But we need to put it in proper context,The frame damage on your truck was unusualy severe and not many people are qualified to repair the frame to factory specs as we did. Had the car gone to another shop without our frame capabilities the car would have been totalled. As for the work the customer said still needs to be done the insurance company's inspection determined that it was not part of the accident. So we did not repair the repairs in Question. When you picked up the car we told you that if you brought it back that as a courtesy we would fix the additional damage we discussed at the time of delivery. It was not an oversight as you stated. Again we were doing it as a courtesy and we are not obligated to fix it at no cost. We were going to do it to make sure you were happy but you have not returned our courtesy calls or brought the truck back. Thanks for your feed back , Ed"
