Great service department!!! My car broke down I called the service department and they called a tow truck for me, gave me a loner car and had my car back on the road in no time at all.On top of it all my extended warranty covered all my charges. Great investment at times like this!! more

I started my car search online and I was so pleased with the timely and very helpful response I was able to narrow down what I wanted and how much it would cost I went in and less than an hour later I drove off the lot in my new Traverse!!! I could not be more happy with GRAFF or my Traverse! more

I just took my car in as it was having trouble starting. It also needed a new sideview mirror, so when they said the only problem was that it needed a new battery, we said go ahead and do it, seeing as how they were fixing the mirror. When I go to pick up the car, I find that the battery charge is $100 (a bit unreasonable) but the **labor charge** for the battery alone is ***$143***!!!! Are you kidding me???? When I started to make a fuss, they said that that amount (clearly labeled "labor") included the diagnostic charge, and they knocked $80 off the bill. I was running late and didn't have time to argue, but I don't think that is nearly enough. I'm going to be in touch with them, and if they give me my $$ back, then I will post a new review. If not, I stand by this review, and will NOT be a customer at Graff Chevrolet ever again. more

We were purchasing a car...first they talked me out of the color I really wanted (okay...I let that happen, sadly.) Then the finance person said "Trust me...Ya gotta trust someone sometime" when we said we needed to talk to the credit union before we decided who to finance through and he was telling us he had the best deal. WELL...he didn't have the best deal. I won't be treated like that again...I won't do business here again, either. more

When it came time to purchase a new car, we shopped around and ended up at Pres Kool Chevrolet in Okemos, MI. Initially, we visited the dealership and had an unpleasant experience with a female sales person who was not at all interested in gaining our business. Luckily, we decided to give them another chance a few weeks later. The gentleman who served us the second time was very flexible, gave us a more than fair trade in value for our previous car, and knocked off quite a bit on the new car. Overall, I am very satisfied with our purchase … and 2 years later, we have not had a single problem with the Previous Owned vehicle that we purchased. Pres Kool is great, I recommend them … just be picky as to who you work with. more
