I just took my car in as it was having trouble starting. It also needed a new sideview mirror, so when they said the only problem was that it needed a new battery, we said go ahead and do it, seeing as how they were fixing the mirror.
When I go to pick up the car, I find that the battery charge is $100 (a bit unreasonable) but the **labor charge** for the battery alone is ***$143***!!!! Are you kidding me????
When I started to make a fuss, they said that that amount (clearly labeled "labor") included the diagnostic charge, and they knocked $80 off the bill. I was running late and didn't have time to argue, but I don't think that is nearly enough.
I'm going to be in touch with them, and if they give me my $$ back, then I will post a new review. If not, I stand by this review, and will NOT be a customer at Graff Chevrolet ever again.
