Premium Carpet

I had jared out to clean and stretch my carpet, and he did a really outstanding job. i will be using these guys again! more

I own several rental properties, and this fall one of themwas abandoned- in a total mess... I thought i was going to have to go through and replace the carpet, but when I talked to Lorraine, she suggested i try rejuvination, said we might be able to save the carpet, and it worked! saved me about $800! more

So, my wife has been after me for YEARS to get our carpet replaced- she hated the color, and it WAS getting old. So, anyway, a friend of mine suggested Premium Carpet. I had heard the name, so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. A very nice guy named Joe called me, asked what type of carpet we were looking for, colors, price, etc... then brought out samples to our home for us to pick from. Once we chose our carpet- to- be, Joe set up a time for the installment... the very next day! We are thrilled with our new carpet. From start to finish, these guys made the experience simple and painless- if I'd known it would be this easy, i'd have done it sooner, and saved my wife the nagging! more

I gotta tell you- these guys and girls have it TOGETHER!!! Just before Thanksgiving, I was trying to get my carpet cleaned- quite a hassle, noone had any availability, and the ones that did were either Mickey Mouse operations, or WAAAAY too expensive. This was a last resort. The girl I talked to was VERY friendly, and very well versed in the technical aspects of the cleaning process. She ACTUALLY WORKED WITH ME to find a schedule that fit both of us! When the time came, my technician- John- was very polite and courteous, and helped me to move my furniture with no complaints. He was even able to get a spot out of my carpet that has been an eyesore to me for ages! I have referred several of my family and friends to these folks, and will continue to do so! THANKS AGAIN,GUYS!!! more

I am a previous customer that spent close to $5,000 in services over many years. Once I stopped using them because I moved out of that house I received many many calls. I spoke to 7 different office persons, and explained I no longer lived in that home and would not need their services anymore. I CONTINUE to this day to get weekly and sometimes daily calls from their company asking for business. I even spoke to the manager and told him to please remove me from their call list as I was a nurse who works 12 hr days. They still to this day call me daily. I feel as though I am being harassed and will never recommend this company to any friend or family. Their service wasnt even that great, and now I am being harassed since I was a good customer to them. DO NOT USE THEM! more

I am beyond disgusted with how this company has treated me. The first time I used them they did a decent job - for the price I paid, I was fine with it (it's gotta be cheap for a reason, right?). The carpet cleaner they sent had zero customer service skills and honestly looked like a criminal. Upon moving out, I decided to contact them for another cheap/quick cleaning. Appointment was made and everything was going smoothly until the day of the appointment. The tech called me and did not adhere to the agreed appointment time and proceeded to raise his voice at me. I quickly called the main office to speak with Jim - in the meantime I could hear another man in the background yelling about me not only to Jim but to the tech on the phone. Needless to say this company has beyond awful customer service skills and I would NEVER recommend to anyone. Cons: EVERYTHING more
