I am beyond disgusted with how this company has treated me. The first time I used them they did a decent job - for the price I paid, I was fine with it (it's gotta be cheap for a reason, right?). The carpet cleaner they sent had zero customer service skills and honestly looked like a criminal. Upon moving out, I decided to contact them for another cheap/quick cleaning. Appointment was made and everything was going smoothly until the day of the appointment. The tech called me and did not adhere to the agreed appointment time and proceeded to raise his voice at me. I quickly called the main office to speak with Jim - in the meantime I could hear another man in the background yelling about me not only to Jim but to the tech on the phone. Needless to say this company has beyond awful customer service skills and I would NEVER recommend to anyone.
