So, my wife has been after me for YEARS to get our carpet replaced- she hated the color, and it WAS getting old. So, anyway, a friend of mine suggested Premium Carpet. I had heard the name, so I gave them a call and set up an appointment. A very nice guy named Joe called me, asked what type of carpet we were looking for, colors, price, etc... then brought out samples to our home for us to pick from. Once we chose our carpet- to- be, Joe set up a time for the installment... the very next day! We are thrilled with our new carpet. From start to finish, these guys made the experience simple and painless- if I'd known it would be this easy, i'd have done it sooner, and saved my wife the nagging!
