Cass Warner at Sutherlin is simply amazing! Before even going to show us cars, he ran the numbers and only showed us what we could afford - which I loved! No pressure sales 4/26/2012

From the moment I walked in I felt at home. Susan walked me through all my options, and was able to get me an unbelievable offer on my truck for a trade in. All I had to do was sit back and relax while she ran around speaking with one person or another to make me a deal I truly could not pass up. I have always driven Fords but now after buying this 2011 Titan, I have a new favorite truck. Its comfortable and smooth at a price Chevy and Dodge couldn't come close to. I never felt pressured at all on the lot. Susan is incredible!! more

This was the best car purchase experience so far. I went in with the car, color, and price all picked from the internet. No hassle, no arguing just in and out. This is the way it should be. Financing was easy and explained thoroughly. THANKS!!! I will be back! more

It is not often that customers recieve 100% of what they are promised. Rudy delivered. My repairs were done in a timely fashion and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. I was treated with respect and made to feel as if I was his only customer. Rudy's customer service went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. more
