From the moment I walked in I felt at home. Susan walked me through all my options, and was able to get me an unbelievable offer on my truck for a trade in. All I had to do was sit back and relax while she ran around speaking with one person or another to make me a deal I truly could not pass up. I have always driven Fords but now after buying this 2011 Titan, I have a new favorite truck. Its comfortable and smooth at a price Chevy and Dodge couldn't come close to. I never felt pressured at all on the lot. Susan is incredible!!
