I don't understand what every one is complaining about. I'm so lucky I found this sight. after months of trying almost every other one, including trying to buy supplies on e bay and Amazon, moody the products on pns are cheaper! I couldn't believe it. I order from the website with pay pal, never had a problem. I don't pay that extra almost 3 dollars shipping and they have fed ex ship it right to my house I don't know what y'all are talking about with bad customer service. they get right in the phone for me and ship out anything that the packers missed... And yes if you're not paying 65 or over for an order the shipping us almost 8 bux. But come on, when your a salon owner, you should be buying in bulk since its cheaper and if its the problem of waiting a few days to get supplies cuz your running low, then you should always check you're inventory and not wait till the last minute to restock... Looks like its bad judgment on your part. Any way there store products work ok. The nail basix does just ok. Your better off buying nouva nail products from there, there wonderful. Only a couple dollars more per item but works just as good as opi in my opinion. I can't thank good enough for this sight. Its the best experience I've ever had ordering my salon products more

I've ordered from here and everything is very fine to me. Order was on time, things were packed neatly into the box so no damage can be made, the products worked good. I will definately do business again here. more

I don't know what happened to the reviewers who gave such a bad review below, but in my opinion they should chill out. I have been in the salon industry for over 20 years and Premiere Nail Source has the best quality name brand products and by far the best prices anywhere....I have ordered from other suppliers for years and once I found Premiere I thought I struck Gold. I have had a couple of orders that needed some corrections but really come on, we are all human and make mistakes....And they fixed it, no problem. I think if you (Cassy) really want to complain so vehemently why don't you try and do it for a week? I am sure you would make a few mistakes too. And don't wait so long to order your stuff, there Bulk Buys items are a great way to stay well stocked at a good price. more

As a day spa owner, I love this place. I buy a ton from them. Their prices are great, their customer service is awesome, and their own product line is top quality. I have been in the business for 30 years and dealt with many companies for supplies and this is one of the best! more

I have placed 2 orders with Premier Nail Source (PNS) this month. I chose to do business with this company because there prices were unbeatable and their website was easy to navigate through. Prior to making my first purchase, I was a little nervous as a previous reviewer mentioned, that this company had a few negative reviews circulating the internet. I can confidently say that these review are most likely NOT from customers but written by someone with malicious intent. I recieved outstanding service when placing both orders. There are representatives available on all days of the week. You can place orders online and over the phone, and if you need special assistance, you can easily reach someone by telephone at their location. All items were shipped securely and professionally, and arrived by Fedex in a timely manner. I recieved shipping information and tracking number when my packages were shipped. I just recieved my second order yesterday, and it included a CND UV lamp. I meticulously followed the setup instructions and turns out my lamp was defective. I immediately call PNS and they advised me to first call the CND company technical support since the item is under manufacture warranty. The phone rep, Crystal, told me that if CND could not help, then to call her back and they would ship out a replacement lamp for me. Luckily, CND was more than happy to ship me a new lamp today since it was obviously defective. Even though CND helped me out, I was at ease knowing that PNS had my back in case I had any issues getting my replacement lamp from CND. So, in conclusion, I'm very happy with the product and customer service I've recieved from PNS. I would most definatley recommend them to others and will definately purchase from them in the future! more

**I am NOT a business owner or a nail tech with a salon and order from Premier Nail Source just for myself and to do my own nails at home. On to the review...** I've been ordering from premier nail source for awhile now, maybe 2 years and not ONCE did I run into a problem regarding hidden fees, bad shipping or rude customer service. Reading these one star reviews I am actually extremely surprised because my experience is totally different. Shipping: My package is always delivered on time and neatly packaged. Only once has an item spilled but that was a free item (that I received by redeeming a code) and it was in a plastic bag so it didn't ruin anything else so no biggy. As for shipping prices, the last time I ordered from them RESIDENTIAL shipping was only $2.95 and I ordered a pretty hefty amount of stuff and I'm located in HAWAII. Nail Basix acrylic system which was OKAY but way better than the stuff you order overseas from Ebay. Overall, you get what you pay for. Customer Service: First of all, I've ONLY emailed them and even that went smoothly. I got a reply the next day. However, it seems like LIVE help is on once in a blue moon. I've only seen them on two times. So why did is minus one star? Because the website is bad quality. The product descriptions are extremely vague and the photo quality is HORRIBLE. Let me ask you Mike if you're reading this, how is a customer going to make a decision whether or not they want to purchase the product if the photo quality is as tiny and my thumb. This frustrates me so much and I can't tell you how many times I've debated to purchase something based on the headline title. In my opinion, upgrade on your photos and product descriptions. I have been a customer of theirs since they were at the last warehouse/office location, which i might add had a much better setup. Since then they have really became a horrible problem. Obviously I continue to buy from them because of their prices but NO joke people when I find another company with equal prices I am gone with the wind!!! And will gladly update if and when I find any so you all can do the same! They have always messed up our orders, their staff is extremely stupid. The only competent person they had working there is now gone (don't know if she was fired or quit) but either way they suck!!! Every month or so I find myself absolutely hating to have to place my order. What does that tell you about their business?!! Besides messing up orders on the regular, they never ship on time. They're shipping prices suck. You can order something as small as a brush and will pay $7.75 for business delivery and even more for an added fee for residential because they do not offer post office shipping on first class for small items. Is that not stupid!!! I'm sure the post office brings them mail, so why cant they ship small items that way?!! Don't get me wrong I buy from them often and spend quite a bit of money for my salon, I don't just buy small things but I want you to be aware of that if you're a DIY'er type and only looking to buy 1 or 2 items. Back to shipping!!! FORGET about it. I don't think they know what business mean when they pay for the order and are waiting and waiting around for the order. 3,4, + days and still no shipment!!! That can be a real business killer when you're low on supplies and no updates with tracking in days. No one to explain why they have not shipped, just the run around. I sincerely hope if you want to keep my business or anyone elses that you (the OWNER) get your act together with these morons you call a staff!!! The guy has like 2 Cadillacs he likes to parade around in with our $$$$ that we spend but yet hires idiots that do not know what they are doing! I've seen quite a few of them in the past some odd years now... I am really looking hard, even looking into China if I have to, to find better prices and let them slowly lose all their clients. I am sure they are not the only suppliers out there with good pricing and if they are, I am sure someone is going to come around at some point and open up a business like theirs and I sure hope it's soon!! Anyways , with all that said. Try them if you must but I sure would not recommend it. Beware hidden fees of this company -- and poor quality! I ordered something that couldn't be assembled properly -- and was DOUBLE the price of my original order! So-called 'Customer Service' was extremely dismissive, even when I questioned how my final bill could possibly be DOUBLE my actual order (the original amount for which had even been confirmed by email). They didn't feel at all accountable. Don't shop here. Beware! more

I have been using PNI for many years now and I am happy for all of their great deals, they have kept the cost of my doing business down. I find most of their products have great quality and they ship super fast. There have been times in the past I've had an error or two with my orders but a simple phone call is all it takes to remedy the situation. Mike the owner will ALWAYS make things right. This company has a frad. rep. and it is so bad my bank contacted me to ask me if I want to allow them to lift a ban that they put on my account with them. ;After recieving piss poor customer service from premier nail source I will continue to do business elsewhere. People, first of all, their products look good on the website or magazine! But very poor/cheap quality! First order I was wasted money! Second order I tried other stuffs...same thing! That's why they guarantee you the cheapest price. I rather pay little more more better products and friendly customers service! Their customers service is...awful! Try to call and you will see!
