Fixed what inferior shop in California had messed up while we were on the road and dealt with the problem for me with insurance company. Excellent work and kept me informed of progress. more

Very Impressed! 3/1/2013

I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of repair work from Premier Coach Works. They fixed damage on my VW Convertible, I was so worried because I love my car, but you could not even tell where it was damaged! I will be recommending Premier to all of my family and friends!! more

They made my experience a great one rather than a poor one. 12/20/2012

On our insurance claim, there were two recommended shops. We went to the other one first, and I asked them to come out and look at my coach because I wanted additional work done at the same time. They weren't willing to come out. On the other hand, Premier Coach Works sent someone out immediately. They looked at the coach and gave recommendations on how I could use what I had to enhance my coach more. It was a first-rate experience. They were willing to order an awning that I needed to replace under the insurance claim. They came out to me and took care of everything, so I didn't have to move it into a different shop. I just came in one time. They got me in early in the week rather than later, so it only had to be away from our home for two nights. With the accident and the repairs to be done, it was a bad situation, but they did a superb job, were timely, and made it alright. more

2012 Elantra: Splendor Restored 12/13/2012

I bought my car brand-new a little over ago and was absolutely mortified when I got into an accident. I wanted to make sure that it would be taken care of at a quality auto body shop nearby. After doing some research and reading several reviews I felt safe bringing it to Premier Coach Works. Upon my arrival, the guys in the front office were not only professional but very warm and inviting. They handled all the details with my insurance company and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. A month and a half later, I got that wonderful text saying my car was ready to come home. So I came into the shop and was shocked to see what appeared to be a brand new car again. All of the horrible feelings I had about wrecking my car dissipated at that moment. I would definitely recommend Premier Coach Works if you're looking for a high level of quality. more

One of the better companies I've worked with. 11/13/2012

Premier Coach Works work took longer than I thought, but they were good and kept in contact with us. They didn't try to hide anything, and when they ran over on time, they called and explained everything to me. They missed a few deadlines, but it really wasn't their fault. They had to take the coach to another place to get it worked on. I have had coaches for 30 years, and they were probably the better of all the companies I have had work done by. more
