On our insurance claim, there were two recommended shops. We went to the other one first, and I asked them to come out and look at my coach because I wanted additional work done at the same time. They weren't willing to come out.
On the other hand, Premier Coach Works sent someone out immediately. They looked at the coach and gave recommendations on how I could use what I had to enhance my coach more. It was a first-rate experience. They were willing to order an awning that I needed to replace under the insurance claim. They came out to me and took care of everything, so I didn't have to move it into a different shop. I just came in one time.
They got me in early in the week rather than later, so it only had to be away from our home for two nights. With the accident and the repairs to be done, it was a bad situation, but they did a superb job, were timely, and made it alright.
