This was the second time I had used them. I had some body work done on the bumper of my car. They were really good, they got me a rental while they did the work and they they did a good job. more

They went out of their way to get me done before my camping trip. They did work on the plumbing on my RV. They had to fabricate something to get it to work. They buffed it inside and out, and checked the ac/heat and everything else over before the trip. more

Service was fine 10/22/2012

I took my car to Premier Coach Works for collision service on the front end. They replaced the radiator, bumper, and condenser. The work was well done, but when I picked up the car, they did not go over anything with me. Another thing that could have been better is that they told me they would call me when my car was ready to be picked up, but they never bothered. I had to call them right before closing to see if I could pick up my car. more

Premier Coach Works repaired a broken window and scratched roof on my RV. It hasn't rained yet, so I still can't tell how the roof work turned out. Everything looks good, though. This was my first time using this company and I had absolutely no issues with them. more

Premier Coach Works pretty much did what they said they would and were on time. They were going to take longer than they initially said, and they accelerated their schedule to meet my needs. I can't say I'm not happy with them by any means. William Davies more

Fixed my truck fast. 10/4/2012

I was in a situation where I had a self-imposed bumper accident. I needed truck fixed and fixed fast. I called and made arrangements with them to give me an estimate, and they worked with me to get that done. I dropped the truck off on Wednesday, picked it up on Friday and it was in immaculate shape. more

Great experience for quality, efficient service for car repair. 8/31/2012

Premier worked very efficiently and quickly. They kept in communication with me as far as the insurance results to them, working with the insurance company, and any help they needed from me. It was resolved efficiently and they did really good work, the car looks just like new. The parts that were repaired and repainted looked great. The staff are all friendly, and they advised me on how to care for it after I left. They even had nice little touches like having waters and coke's available and keeping the office very clean. It felt comfortable sitting there. more

Good quality workmanship, attention to detail, and good customer relations. 8/28/2012

Premier Coach Works is the only shop in Arizona I would recommend. The only issue I had most recently was how long it took to get the part from a private manufacturer, but I don't think that was their fault. This was not the first but the third time I have used them. The first time, I was not happy with what happened, so I went back and we managed to come to a cooperative decision. This recent time, I was extremely pleased. The first time, we brought the RV down here, and they buffed it, but it did not solve the problem. I brought it back and they did a gel coat, which was a temporary fix, but it looked 90-percent better than before. This time, we had an accident, so they repainted the whole rig, and I am really happy with the work. more

This was the 2nd time I've had my vehicle worked on by Premier. The work is done quickly, the quality of the work is very good. Grant communicates well with me, he goes above and beyond what he needs to do to get the job done. The customer service there is just outstanding. more

Premier will do the best job for you 8/14/2012

Every single person at Premier Coach Works is great. We had 95 of a 45 ft RV repainted multiple colors, with hand painted swirls and stripes, clear coat and a lot of buffing and detail work. It is all hard work and requires people that care. There were lots of different people working on it, and they call came out to see the finished product when we came to pick it up. It's one of these things where old guys like me remember how it used to be when all people had pride in their work like this. more

The service was excellent, very fast and quality work. There was no waiting for anything, and they even provide email updates on the progress of your car. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. more

They're the #1 place for RVs 7/23/2012

I have been to Premier Coach Works a number of times. They have replaced my rear window, the exhaust mufflers, and the battery on my RV. They take care of anything that I need them to do. I'll continue to use them because they do a good job and the customer service is good. more

Excellent job. 7/19/2012

Premier Coach Works did what I needed them to do. They told me how to get there, since it was a little hard to find. I took my car in, and they washed it inside and out after doing the service. They vacuumed and cleaned, which was very nice. I didn't expect that. I was well pleased, so I called them back afterwards and told them, since I had never been there before. They covered every angle. It was like a family that loves each other. It's rare to see service performed that well, so I'm glad I went out there. Pat Hluzek more

I had a great first time experience with this company. 7/10/2012

I was in an accident and my insurance company recommended Premier Coach Works Auto & RV Body Shop for the repairs. From the beginning they were extremely helpful. They even came to my house to pick up the car because I could not start it. I thought they would have to replace the door and fender but they were able to hammer out all the damage. They fixed everything on it and it looks great. I am very pleaseed with what they did and have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely use them again. more
