They did not try to sell me all of the crap that my previous dentist had. They always go over everything that they suggest and even let you know what they feel is not totally necessary. If it weren't for this place, I would probably still be avoiding the dentist. But instead, I have kept all of my regular appts since finding this place and even look forward to going! more

I did not go to the dentist because of an overwhelming fear of pain. My last expereince left me very fearful and afraid of the massive amounts of pain and needles. After calling Dental Plus twice and then cancelling, I finally decided to call again because my teeth and gums are in such bad shape. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mya.. She was wonderful !! I talked about the lousy reviews and my apprehensions but she was very nice and comforting. I then met Mr. Friedman and the young man who took the ex-rays. I explained in no uncertain terms my fears and they were great. Then I met Laura and Amber and of coarse Bobby because I had the DOCS . I tell you my mouth feels great. The bill is extensive and expensive but I really felt comfortable. I will review my bill carefully and I have informed Laura that I will go over it with a fine tooth comb but she was still very nice and pleasant. I am not an easy paitent but because of their overall concern and caring I try to remind myself to be nice. I have several more treatments but I am not as scared and the first treatment on my gums barely hurt at all when I woke up..I have to have 2 extractions on friday and I will let you know the outcome, but overall I think I am in love with Dr. Friedman and his team !!\r \r Debbie,\r Altadena.. more

I had an initial appointment with them after a couple month wait, which was supposed to be a cleaning and initial x-ray/visit. After they did the initial exam, they tried sell me on whitening, caps, crowns, and whole bunch of other stuff. Then after wasting all this time with their financial consultant, they tell me that I cannot get my teeth cleaned that day! I had to reschedule another time for the cleaning which was 4 months out! I Pros: None really Cons: No cleaning provided with visit. Sell tooth whitening. more

I have been going to Dental Plus for about 2 years now. The program that they have implemented has improved my gum problems. I have seen many dentists over the years and this has been the first time a dentist has been able t correct my deep pockets and i have seen great improvement in my gum issues. I only wish i have started going to them 10 years ago. more

Fo real.. I haven't been to a dentist in 20years. Imma 34 now and u can imagine the culinary and drinking adventures my mouth has been a part of w/o seein a dentist..\r \r I really like the whole staff as a whole.. Jeremy is cool, but i think the whole staff made my 20year return a welcome one.. \r \r They are very organized, professional and have a great system down to get u seen and get u out of there.\r \r Totally recommend them and I'm actually looking forward to seeing them soon :) Pros: Good Hours more

I was referred to Dr. Roisman 4 years ago by a coworker, whose teeth looked magnificent (no exaggeration), because prior to that time, his teeth looked terrible. I knew I needed work done, but I am (or used to be) the world's biggest chicken. I immediately liked Dr. Roisman's manner, very comforting and professional. He took x-rays and gave me a complete review of what needed to be done, immediately and long term.
