Before going to Dental Plus. I was terrified of dentists. I have had some very bad experiences but since I've been going to Dental PLUS, everything has good great. Yes, they can be pricy but its certainly worth it. As long as I keep needing dental wok, I will continue to go to Dental Plus. more

listen to music while she drills away at your teeth 4/29/2011

They did not try to sell me all of the stuff that my previous dentist had. They always go over everything that they suggest and even let you know what they feel is not totally necessary. If it weren't for this place, I would probably still be avoiding the dentist. But instead, I have kept all of my regular appts since finding this place and even look forward to going! Oh, and you really can't beat your dentist finding you headphones for your ipod so you can listen to music while she drills away at your teeth! more

I was so appreciative of Dr. Roisman calling me and actually refunding me the money I did not use for a procedure not necessary. He was so kind and understanding about my frustration over my refund and I was so glad I did not need the extra procedure. They recommended me the best tooth brush that healed me gums, Rotodent. Overall very satisfied with my procedure and the doctor's interest in my experience more

Dr. Friedman explained the work I needed very clearly. The front desk always calls to remind me about my next appointment. Bobby the surgery assistant makes one feel that all is going well. Dr. Letrong (what a professional) gentle with shots and cares about how his patients look. He is very fond of his work. more

Love this practice! 4/25/2011

Love this practice! I have had extensive dental work done over the last 12 years - all done at Dental Plus - and all done with perfection! They are concerned with providing quality, courteous, and compassionate care from the moment you first walk in. I have had numerous extensive surgical procedures and restorative work done as well as Cosmetic procedures. If you are looking for any type of cosmetic dental work done you must see Dr. Dominic LeTrong. He is an artist!!! I have the smile that I have always dreamed of. The best part is, all of this work was done safely and with quality materials; unlike some of my friends who paid sometimes less and sometimes A LOT MORE! I have recommended this practice to many of my friends and they have all been just as pleased as I have been. I am a Healthcare provider and have heard many horror stories of poor practice, infections, and just plain poor procedure outcomes from many ""upscale"" dental practices. But, I have observed nothing but the best of everything at Dental Plus and recommend trying this practice without reservation! more

This is to let everyone know what an excellent day I had at Dental Plus office today in Pasadena. My appointment was for 9:30 A.M and I arrived at 9:00 A.M. I sat for about 5 minutes when my name was called. Dental Plus has shown to me that they care for their patients. I am one of their patients! I have never waited for my name to be called and I have been a patient for almost 2 years. I have braces so therefore I must say thank you to everyone who works in the Ortho department. I feel great every time. Thank you to all receptionists and especially to Ms. Beltran. Thank you for answering my question today. Thank you guys so much for being there and your support and for caring for those who not have any insurance, like myself. more

AMAZED 4/21/2011

I have been seeing Dr. Roisman for a little over 3 years. I always have a positive experience with him and his office staff. Recently, I had a 10 year old crown replaced. I WAS AMAZED AT THE DIFFERENCE IN QUALITY between the two crowns. The first one was to big and didn't match the other front tooth. It stood out and was quite noticeable. Dr. Letrong, matched the size perfectly, he sent me to the lab so that they could customize the match and make the tooth look exactly as the other front tooth. I've never been happier. People have already noticed the change. I would recommend Dr. Letrong and Dr. Roisman and his practice to anyone who wants high quality work done. more

Very satisfied 4/20/2011

have had 2 root canals and 2 crowns, as well as deep cleaning. Very satisfied with the service, although somewhat pricey. I was seen in a timely manner. more

improved my gum problems greatly 4/18/2011

I have been going to Dental Plus for about 2 years now. The program that they implemented for me has improved my gum problems greatly. I have seen many dentists over the years and this was the first time that a dentist has been able to correct my deep pockets and I have seen great improvement in my gum issues. I only wish I had started going to them 10 years earlier. more

I'm really happy with the results 4/15/2011

I am a bit of a procrastinator when it comes to dental work. I had pain for a few weeks and then decided I needed to see a dentist. I called and had an appointment the next day. I was told that an implant would be the best option for my tooth so I decided to go ahead since it would be the most natural-looking option. I was fitted for a temporary and then scheduled to have surgery, which I wasn't happy about. They gave me pill sedation which was great, I went to work hours later without feeling weird. My tooth looks so real, no one knows. Thanks Dr. Hunt and Dental Plus I'm really happy with the results of my implant! more

great experience and results 4/12/2011

I had a great experience and results at Dental Plus. I was uneasy about going to the dentist but I am glad I decided to make the appointment. I am diabetic and had a poor fitting lower denture. I could barely chew my food. It was important for me to eat properly. After my consultation I decided to get 4 mini implants for my lower jaw. I am so glad I proceded. Now I have no problems chewing my food. The surgery was fast as well as the healing. The doctors and staff were great and helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend Dental Plus. more

My experience at Dental Plus was first-rate. The staff was very helpful and extremely attentive. Dr. Roisman who did my initial assessment was very patient and informative. Dr. Halajian who performed my procedure was very sensitive to my needs and kept me informed. Before he began he explained what he was about to do and what I might experience. All this information was very helpful as I sat on the chair without any surprises. After several days after my visit I received several calls on how I was feeling and if I was having any discomfort. I felt as though these calls were genuine and not a check the box type of process. I specially would like to thank Maya Johnson for this aspect. During this entire process, I never felt pushed or pressured to have any work done. My care counselor Michi was very informative regarding the costs involved. I felt very comfortable and relaxed through out my experience at Dental Plus and recommend it to everybody. I will definitely return for any future work needed. I am proud and happy to call Dental Plus my new dental office. more

Had a good experience, and that's saying a lot. I've been to many different dentists and always feel like I am getting the hard sell. Didn't sell me on anything today. The staff was attentive and there are plenty of doctors around to answer questions. I am going back. more

Going to the dentist is not usually enjoyable. But at this dental office, the staff are incredibly friendly and all with a certain level of knowledge so you feel at ease. I had a crown done and every step of the way, I was comfortable. Even a basic cleaning didn't feel like a chore. I also received thorough consultation on teeth whitening procedures. I found everyone from the minute I stepped in the office helpful and courteous. I recommend this office highly. I never felt like a ""patient."" I felt like I was being cared for. Great more

I didn't go to the dentist for too many years, and when I finally did, I went to dental plus, and I'm glad I did. Dr. Roisman is super cool, really friendly, and totally straightforward. The girls who run the front office are almost better to me than my husband is. I had no idea how my dental insurance worked, and they took the time to print out my policy and explain it all to me. When I had expensive work done, and I exhausted my insurance coverage, they let me make payments on a plan that was flexible and light. They've never tried to push any treatment on me that was unnecessary, and the whole staff is fast and efficient without any sort of ""chop-shop"" or ""revolving door"" feeling. more

absolutely painless 3/28/2011

Dr. Roisman and his staff are the BEST! I had pain, and he worked me into his schedule w/in a few hours. His associate started to work on me immediately, and the procedure has been absolutely painless. So much so, that I have decided to have him restore my entire mouth. His staff is awesome, and with all the latest equipment...I was totally confident. I ADORE my dentist 3/22/2011

I ADORE my dentist...been going to him since 1997! I had just moved back from the east coast and before I left said coast, I had had a filling filled. Well...I had a REALLY bad toothache during my whole drive across the US and when I got to LA a friend recommended I see Dr. Roisman. I went to his office and they took X-rays and whatnot and found the filling wasn't 'cured' all the way. SO after hardening the filling...which fixed my toothache!...I asked how much the bill would be and his response was...NOTHING! I was floored...a Doc not wanting $$? Crazy! He figured he was doin' me a favor...and I was hooked. Any Doc who will do that on the first meeting is a keeper! more
