We were very impressed with Dan from the moment he walked in and put on shoe covers to protect our floors, until he left scratching our dogs' heads. Dan quickly assessed the problem, presented several solutions and effectively fixed our problem. Since our solution involved toilets they didn't stock on his truck, another date was scheduled for the installation. Again, Dan showed up on time and ready to work in his booties, removed the toilet, and installed the new one. When this style of toilet had what we considered to be a design flaw (the water level in the bowl is too high and can't be adjusted) Dan returned and again replaced this new toilet. We had no complaints from the company or Dan, and both acted professionally in helping us resolve our issues. We will definitely refer any friends to Precision Plumbing.
