Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

We were amazed and disheartened to learn that our 15-year old furnace could not be speedily repaired because no parts were available nationwide. (not your fault, but still disgraceful). You installed an expensive new furnace for us, which is running well, and which we just had inspected. Hope it lasts longer than 15 years. thanks. more

I give them my highest recommedation. 2/8/2010

I have used Precision since 1993. I have my systems checked twice ayear and have never had a major problem because of it. Their service people are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They always seem to go the extra mile. They are always on time and give you advance notice of their arrival and an apology if they were hung up on a job and running a little late. I will continue to use Precision for my HVAC needs. I give them my highest recommedation. more

Great customer service and technicians! 2/5/2010

I've used Precision for maintenance on my hvac system for several years now. Over the summer my furnace went out - shutting down my a/c. I called Precision late at night and they offerred to send someone right out to diagnose the problem. They found the problem and my 25 year old furnace was a goner - luckily for me they got a new one in and installed within one day and I had air in August. Great customer service in the office and the technicians. Look forward to using them again in the future. more

I have used this company for 10 years and could not be more pleased! I recently replaced both my A/C and furnance to be more energy efficient (before I "had" to). The technicians came out and installed both units in one day and all were very professional and courteous. I also did NOT want to keep going into the attic space to change the filter every month and they took care of that as well. GREAT JOB Precision!!!! more

after spending $3400 on new 95% efficient furnace, thermostat was not oeprational on zone one of the system, your professional tech came back out on 1/26/10 and checked it out and replaced thermostat--took time to show me and explain all his steps to me--very proefessional and a classy representative of your company! we look forward to saving. thx more
