Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

15 More Years 1/20/2011

We were amazed and disheartened to learn that our 15-year old furnace could not be speedily repaired because no parts were available nationwide. (not your fault, but still disgraceful). You installed an expensive new furnace for us, which is running well, and which we just had inspected. Hope it lasts longer than 15 years. thanks. more

Really good overall experience. 12/15/2010

It was great. Very responsive people on phone and the technician you sent out was great. Only small complaint is that he just automatically replaced my AC filters without telling me there was a cost associated with that. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but wish I had known. Really good overall experience. more

Thank Precision! 12/7/2010

I have used Precision Heating for the past 10 years for maintenance, replacement, and service. I have never had a problem with them. They arrive on time, cheaper in price ( if not pretty reasonable anyway), courteous, and very professional and knowlegeable. Sorry to hear people have had bad experiences with them. I have and will continue to have a lifetime relationship with Precision HVAC. They have always come to my rescue. Thank Precision! more
