Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Saturday customer service. Lousy service to repeat and loyal customers. Precision is the only company that has serviced my home's dual AC/furnace unit...

I would like to thank you for sending a technician to our home on Monday in response to our problem. Outstanding service! 6/24/2010

The service technician that was sent to my home had excellent people skills. He was able to speak to me in a professional manner in spite of my being upset.
