Precious Memories Bridal

I had read great reviews of their customer service and was really let down. My mother and all my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Precious Memories. My mother had a great experience. The service was helpful, the dress fit and arrived on time... However, my bridesmaid gowns were nearly a complete disaster. When I first went to the store to have my sister try on the sample gown, I gave them all my information as requested. As I had my bridesmaids place their orders, one by one, I was never told that they would be ordered from the factory together so they would be from the same bolt of fabric. This makes complete sense, but is something I certainly did not think of. One of my bridesmaids decided to order from another store closer to her. I had confirmed that each bridesmaid had ordered their dress so they would arrive months in advance. I never heard anything from the dress shop so I assumed everything was fine. A few months later when we contacted Precious Memories to see the status of the dresses, they told us everything was fine. When we insisted on more specific information, it was discovered the dresses had never been ordered, they were waiting on the last dress and had never let us know!! Luckily we had just enough time left for them to arrive before the wedding. However it made it difficult for the bridesmaid as they would have less than a month to get them altered. This ended up to be a bigger issue because the sizing was not right on any of the dress - they were all too big. Plus, one needed to be shipped to Kansas and was shipped to the wrong address 7 days after they said they would ship it. I would not reccomend this bridal salon to anyone. more

I loved my experience at Precious Memories Bridal, the staff there was very helpful, they anticipated my every need even before I asked, they helped me get the wedding gowns on and listened to what I wanted and picked out what I was looking for, gave me swatches to keep for the bridesmaid dress, in overal they were great. And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECIOUS MEMORIES BRIDAL! Pros: great selections, great service, great everything Cons: got nothing to complain more

I looked all over for plus size mother of the bride dresses. This was the only shop I found with plus size dresses on the racks that you can actually try on! My dress just came in, and it fits perfectly. Thanks for caring about plus size women. You are wonderful! Pros: Only bridal shop I found that carries plus size dresses more

I don't usually write reviews but I was shocked at the last one. I totally disagree with everything she said. Their customer service has been so great and I have a really tough bridesmaid party.The owner has gone out of her way to please us many times. They are all very knowledgable and have made the wedding planning extremely enjoyable. We all agree if they can put up with us, they deserve all the awards and more. Boo for the last review. I do not get how Precious Memories won an award from The Knot. I was so disappointed. Even though there was only one other customer in the store and three salepeople on duty, I almost had to beg for help. Once I finally got the girls out, the one was very helpful in helping me find a veil, but the owner was very rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked a question about shoes and spoke to me in a degrading tone when I asked if they would be able to order shoes in a size 8 (who doesn't carry a size 8 anyway -- it's a very popular size). Your wedding day should be special and shopping for gowns and acessories should be FUN! I left the store feeling sad and insignificant. Poor customer service. They were fabulous! Their selection was great! I fell in love with 4 gowns and I didn't like anything anywhere else. Their staff was so patient with me as I tried on everything and their prices were great. They even had great suggestions for my headpiece and accessories as well as picked out the perfect bridesmaid gown that everyone loved. I really felt they listened to me and took the time to make me feel like I was a princess. I have suggested them to all of my friends and they all agree! And just read all of their notes and pictures they have on the wall of all of their past brides rave reviews. So do yourself a big favor and check them out. Tell them Kasey sent you!
