I had read great reviews of their customer service and was really let down. My mother and all my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from Precious Memories. My mother had a great experience. The service was helpful, the dress fit and arrived on time... However, my bridesmaid gowns were nearly a complete disaster. When I first went to the store to have my sister try on the sample gown, I gave them all my information as requested. As I had my bridesmaids place their orders, one by one, I was never told that they would be ordered from the factory together so they would be from the same bolt of fabric. This makes complete sense, but is something I certainly did not think of. One of my bridesmaids decided to order from another store closer to her. I had confirmed that each bridesmaid had ordered their dress so they would arrive months in advance. I never heard anything from the dress shop so I assumed everything was fine. A few months later when we contacted Precious Memories to see the status of the dresses, they told us everything was fine. When we insisted on more specific information, it was discovered the dresses had never been ordered, they were waiting on the last dress and had never let us know!! Luckily we had just enough time left for them to arrive before the wedding. However it made it difficult for the bridesmaid as they would have less than a month to get them altered. This ended up to be a bigger issue because the sizing was not right on any of the dress - they were all too big. Plus, one needed to be shipped to Kansas and was shipped to the wrong address 7 days after they said they would ship it. I would not reccomend this bridal salon to anyone.
