Prairie Rock Brewing Company

My wife and I tried out Prairie Rock Brewing Company after finding a coupon for it in our 2006 Entertainment book. What a find! We're both beer snobs and foodies, and Prairie Rock did not disappoint. The large inside is very warm and inviting, and we were immediately seated upon arrival without any reservations. Everything on the menu looked delicious, and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the beer selection. I suggest ordering the "paddle" (their term for a flight) and deciding on a beer from there. With selections ranging from a smooth vanilla ale to a hop-tastic pale ale and English seasonal, there's something at Prairie Rock for everyone. The food was fantastic, portions were adequate to generous, and the service was speedy, polite, and friendly! We can't wait to go back! more

The Schaumburg area has an overabundance of choices when it comes to restaurants and hang out spots. But, Prairie Rock Brewery serves up some great American cuisine in the western suburbs and some of the best microbrew around. The appetizers are especially tasty! And many specials are always available! A great place to hang out and catch a sporting event on one of their many televisions. Moderately priced and will not disappoint! If you love good food and good beer, here is a great place to stop by after a long day of shopping! more
