My wife and I tried out Prairie Rock Brewing Company after finding a coupon for it in our 2006 Entertainment book. What a find! We're both beer snobs and foodies, and Prairie Rock did not disappoint. The large inside is very warm and inviting, and we were immediately seated upon arrival without any reservations. Everything on the menu looked delicious, and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the beer selection. I suggest ordering the "paddle" (their term for a flight) and deciding on a beer from there. With selections ranging from a smooth vanilla ale to a hop-tastic pale ale and English seasonal, there's something at Prairie Rock for everyone. The food was fantastic, portions were adequate to generous, and the service was speedy, polite, and friendly! We can't wait to go back!
