Fixed Panasonic LCD with Warranty! 3/22/2012

Poway TV was very helpful with my panasonic viero 32 inch LCD. Ever since I received the tv there were wavy black lines on the top of the screen that make it really hard to see the entire picture. First I took my TV to best buy where it was purchased and the ""geek squad"" there claimed there was nothing wrong with the TV which was really frustrating because the damage was obvious but they wouldn't let us into the back to point out the wavy lines. Luckily my TV was covered under Panasonic 1 year warranty and I was directed to take my TV into Poway TV. They discovered that there was a defective panel in the LCD which was actually a factory defect. In 2 weeks I got my TV back and it looks brand new! The 2 weeks waiting time was only because they had to order the new panel and wait for the arrival. The best part is I didn't owe a cent because it was covered under warranty! Great experience :) more

Came in fixed TV and Calibrated 11/12/2011

The tech came in to the house, very nice guy, repaired our Mitsubishi TV and spend a long time sitting and calibrating the screen. TV works and looks better than before. Thanks more

Great TV Repair 11/6/2011

I was referred by Panasonic for local warranty repair and they gave me 3 choices. One in San Diego, One in Poway, and one in Oceanside. I came to the one in Poway based on reviews of the other stores although there was a scary review for this one as well, it overall seemed to be the ""these guys fixed my TV"" place and the only bad review was from a guy who was turned away because they don't do JVC. I don't have a JVC so that does not concern me. I was not disappointed. These guys are friendly to deal with and replaced some of the boards in my 42"" Plasma and this was about a month ago and I've had no problems. I want to help the next fearful guy who is wondering where to go. None of these shops are showrooms, they are TV repair shops, so the only way you can judge what is good by the ""These guys fixed my TV well!"" and they did. So give them a shot. more

Rock solid TV repair shop 9/19/2011

I had a display problem with a newly purchased Sharp Aquos LED 40"" TV and contacted Poway TV for assistance. Within two days of contact, Alex put in me in touch with Sharp and initiated a replacement. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommended! more
