Review content:
Poway TV was very helpful with my panasonic viero 32 inch LCD. Ever since I received the tv there were wavy black lines on the top of the screen that make it really hard to see the entire picture. First I took my TV to best buy where it was purchased and the ""geek squad"" there claimed there was nothing wrong with the TV which was really frustrating because the damage was obvious but they wouldn't let us into the back to point out the wavy lines.
Luckily my TV was covered under Panasonic 1 year warranty and I was directed to take my TV into Poway TV. They discovered that there was a defective panel in the LCD which was actually a factory defect. In 2 weeks I got my TV back and it looks brand new! The 2 weeks waiting time was only because they had to order the new panel and wait for the arrival. The best part is I didn't owe a cent because it was covered under warranty! Great experience :)
